Love this microwave!!!

Such a classy looking microwave. Can a microwave look classy I might ask? I wasn't sure about the knob and no numbers to touch as with the older models. But it's just fine. It's all about being flexible. The interior is a shiny stainless steel... just beautiful 💖
I would recommend this to a friend!

Three in one!

I’ve always wanted to try to use the setting for convection oven and air fry and I can honestly I was successful! Air fry option works better in the microwave than the oven in my opinion but it’s nice to have an all in one in a microwave! Very great at heating foods.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Would have appreciated better documentation since this is really 3 cooking devices in one. Based on it’s ease of use is why I rated it as I did

No instruction manual
on February 23, 2024

This unit did not come with instructions on how to use it. It was extremely difficult to go online and find anything that was helpful. Why would they not include instructions. It won't matter how good it is, if you don't know how to work it!

GE Profile incomplete

Haven't had time to really try out my new Profile. IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU INCLIUDED A MANUAL SO A PERSON WOULD BE ABLE TO USE ALL THE FEATURES. A supposedly good product, at a nice price, and you can't be bothered to help the consumer by including an owner's manual. SHAME ON YOU!

I really enjoyed all the features of this product until it only lasted 4-5 years! Purchased in 2019. The magnetron wore out.

We are so sorry that the magnetron in your microwave has stopped working. While we understand the importance of an appliance lasting for a long time, it is not possible to determine the product failure rate, lifespan, life expectancy, or life cycle of an appliance. There are many variables involved, such as frequency of use, type of use, location of appliance, care, and maintenance.
