Very sleek design. Fingerprints show up easy on door. Need to press very hard on the screen for the cook time to start. Capacity is good, and fan is nice with 3 speeds.

This is our 3rd GE appliance and we love the look and functionality of the microwave, not the most convenient when it comes to starting the unit. Having to push two buttons to start it, but if that’s all I have to complain about I’m good. Thank you

Havent used all the features of this appliance, yet I know all will be great since it is a GE appliance. It has so many features I am able to be rid of two separate appliances since their functions are combined in this appliance. Thank you

Last year, I poorly rated my GE Profile dishwasher, it stopped washing dishes after just over 12 months, just out of warranty. To their credit, GE stood behind it and sent out a repairman and we are now good. Now on the approximately 2 year anniversary, the matching microwave goes dark. Wasn’t even using it, just went black. I like the style and features, but don’t like the reliability and quality so far. Hope the stove and fridge don’t die.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wish I had a paper copy of how to use it. I don’t like this online manual and it says call GE to receive a paper copy and they still don’t print or send you one.
