The microwave worked first time and had no issues. It was missing the owner manual but I printed from GE website. Another thing, Not sure why the inlet fan does not pull much air through the two filters at the bottom of the microwave. there is another air inlet at the top of the microwave. Most of the air comes from that air intake.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not a good substitute for your air fryer

Do not expect this to cook like your air fryer. It takes a lot longer. it is quicker than a conventional oven, but you cannot go on the food products recommendation for time in an air fryer

My GE Profile Microwave

I bought this microwave for my old home. I liked it so much I had to buy one for my new home. I live that it has a stainless steel interior and the fact that it will connect to my new GE profile stove.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Awful Timing Feature

We just recently installed the microwave and realized that the cooking time needs to be set by a dial, and only allows time choices in 15 second increments, starting with 15 seconds. I have many items that I want to heat up for less than 15 seconds and I am unable to do so unless I go to settings and set up a second cooking cycle. I set up a second cycle which gives me 5 second cook time intervals. The only problem is that it overrode the 30 second button on the touchpad, which is a feature that I also use. In addition, the start button needs to be pressed twice in order for the unit to start. If I had known this prior to purchase I would have selected another brand as this microwave's timing features are very inconvenient.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just installed today but it’s almost identical to the one we had but this one has an air fryer! We have all GE appliances because of their appearance and quality of the stainless steel and functionality.

We paid more money because I thought the air fry feature would be a terrific addition. It never worked at all. And then shortly there after the dial broke so I cannot control the temperature nor can I put a time in for the microwave. So now I just basically add 30 seconds and it is a very expensive expensive microwave only, I would not buy this product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Looks great and sounded great with all the features. But no user friendly and the manual doesn't really explain them. I was so excited about the air fryer but very disappointed . I cooked my frozen chicken straps twice as long than my current ningi and still didn't get crisp😒very frustrating. Cuz it was very expensive

We recommend checking out pages 20 and 21 in the manual for instructions on how to use this mode optimally, it even includes the best settings to bake chicken tenders.
