No printed copy of instructions, i do not know how to run it. Mine is bronze and is a week old and is already full of fingerprints. I wish i would have looked around for something different. What is a CHEF CONNECT????

Expensive, air fryer is just okay

Overall a decent microwave. I wish it had more reheat options and a higher wattage. The air fryer feature is okay not very crispy. You definitely need to read the manual to figure it out. I did not think I would but I actually like the dial. Expensive.

GE Profile Microwave Stopped after 4 Years

had to replace previous model (microwave stopped working and handle was peeling due to heat from stove) and replacement microwave (same make and model) had different bolt pattern. Why?? The same bolt pattern was one of the primary reasons I bought it. Kitchen remodel 4 years ago and microwave stopped working and dishwasher handle has cracked. Didn’t buy extended coverage because it’s GE profile. Considering different brand if this continues.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the ease of use. We bought it because it has a convection oven in the microwave. This is the third such OTR microwave we've had. But the air fryer is a bonus. My wife loves to air fry. The only problem is we can set the microwave only in 15-second increments. When directions call for miicrowaving the food for 70 second, we can't do that. That, so far, is the only complaint.
