Under Powered & Over Complicated!

The Microwave only has a maximum power setting of 975 watts while most frozen foods are tested at 1100 watts. which means, you need to add time to almost everything you you cook. Truly a big disappointment when compared to the previous version we owned! There is also nothing simple about the operational controls which take more time to learn how to use. A microwave should be both easy to use and have enough power to meet standard cooking times.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We use only a finite amount as neither the store nor written instructions were clear about using convection, air fry, etc. Furthermore, greatly miss a timer and automatic night light features. Cooking time does not appear to adjust to weight of item. Had GE Profile prior. Much preferred.

No Complaints!

I really don’t have any complaints - I just liked the GE Profile microwave I had for 10+ years better. Other reviewers commented on the bright white light preferring the old yellow light and at first I would have agreed. But truly, the bright white is brighter and therefore provides better lighting. Two months in, I’m still working through where the controls are located (why did all that have to change?). But again, it’s nothing more than adjusting to the new. It’s works well and has the added feature of an air fryer which I plan to use as soon as I decide I want something crisped (maybe French fries?).

Amazing product

Amazing appliance. It looks great all of the features are amazing. I was able to get rid of my counter top air fryer and because I also purchased the double oven gas range, I basically have 3 ovens now. Great for a big cook like me.

Cost-effective microwave upgrade

This is a 'plug-and-play' kitchen appliance. Simple DIY installation, with assist in lifting from a friend. Helpful, intuitive controls and clock-screen instructions for most reheating and cooking needs. Great to have an integrated air-frier. Self-cleaning feature available, but not used yet. Large turntable. Fan is a bit noisy, and LED clock light is extra-bright. Dimensions are good for over-oven location: does not 'hang-out' too far. (4.5 Stars)
