Great product. Heats evenly and quickly. This model offers dozens of pre-programmed settings along with a great sensor function. The conventional and air fry functions are another great set of features that allow you to maximize space in your kitchen.

Quiet for a microwave.

I would rate this with 5 stars if I could find more detailed information on cooking times, 2 tier cooking, recipes etc. I used convection bake for cornbread, it took over 30 min to cook and still gummy inside.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Under Powered & Over Complicated!

The Microwave only has a maximum power setting of 975 watts while most frozen foods are tested at 1100 watts. which means, you need to add time to almost everything you you cook. Truly a big disappointment when compared to the previous version we owned! There is also nothing simple about the operational controls which take more time to learn how to use. A microwave should be both easy to use and have enough power to meet standard cooking times.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
