Great features.

My previous GEProfile over-the-range convexion oven was 12 years old when it quit. I do like the new features on this one that my old one did not have. I especially like that it has the capability of two baking racks even though it only comes with one rack. Fortunately, my old rack fits on these clips. I almost never used the microwave function but do use it routinely for convexion baking utiliizing both racks simultaneously.

Wish it came with book

Lots of features but can’t use them because no instruction booklet came with oven no recipes to try and learn. Don’t ask older generation to go to web. That is not how we kearn

does not last a long time

my oven did not make it past three years. I went to heat up water the other day and within seconds the lights flashed and then the oven/microwave powered down and will not turn back on. I did not receive an error message, It just turned off. This is my second unit . My first oven/microwave last seven years., it was the exact same machine. I am not happy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

sucks for air fry

Does not Air fry. we increased the temp. doubled the time. not crispy not brown, This is after 3 months of appliance repair. just warms.

Lacking instructions or links

Lack of instructions for features and lack of link to full manual.
Also The Quick Guide should have QR links for each feature mentioned .
Eg reheat should have recommended serving size or a way to control amount of heating
Also supposedly there is a warm feature -where?

Just got this new microwave a week ago, it looks good in the kitchen, it's the right size, it was a good price, and everything works. So why the low rating? The problem I have is that it doesn't have a keypad, so you can't set an exact cook time. You can only use the dial in :15 increments, so if a recipe says, let's say, 50 seconds, or 1 minute and 20 seconds, you either have to set for a higher time and then wait, watch and interrupt the cook time, or just ignore the instructions and hope for the best. The same dial is also used for the Start button so I'm wondering over time how it will last. If I had known when I purchased it that it had this "feature" I would have chosen a different machine. So my advice to any reader is to make sure you are able to test the controls yourself before you make a purchase and determine whether they will work for you.

Operating it is not intuitive. The first microwave I've ever had that I can't choose the power level. The user's manual is of little help.

In order to change the power level, you will want to press the "Power Level" button and then turn the dial to the selection that is desired. It goes through 1-10.
