Kinda unsure of sensor error heating h20

I'm not sure about getting the sensor error heating a mug of water using beverage button. Just had for about a week so not sure.

Power too low

Bought this model because I wanted to have an extra oven. It also includes an air fryer. How This model takes very long to preheat, which seems odd for a small oven. The microwave output is only 950 W. Which is too low for my needs. I’m trying to relearn how long it takes to warm certain foods. Did not come with fingerprint resistant stainless finish

Great features but failng already and brand new!

There are great features on it yet brand new and all, I have not been able to enjoy it for it started failing me. Microwave does not work well, or heats up well. There is a rattling noise inside. The air fryer does not work well either. Someone is supposed to call me and have not. What is a shame that the parts will be the ones replaced and not the whole microwave. Will see what becomes of this whole aituation!

Not what I expected

To start with the bake feature that doesn’t work which overcook my fish from the outside leaving it raw inside To having dial increase in 15 seconds increments and not been able to do it by seconds which forces you to be in front of it at all times to ensure accurate cooking time. Should I continue?

I love the new microwave but it seems wrong to call it that. It has an air fryer and it’s a convection oven. I’ve used all the features and they all work beautifully, and there’s plenty of room, too!

Very nice, but different

A lot of features. Just wish the manual explained how to use them. An instructional video would be great. It's a whole different system than any microwave or air fryer I've ever used. There's no number keypad. There's a few quick select buttons but, a lot of dial select. What I have figured out works great! GE needs a video on how to use this great futuristic product.
