Awesome microwave. This thing is loaded with extras. Being able to air fry and use as a convection oven makes cooking through the week very convenient.

The new dial takes some getting used to over being able to punch a time in on a key pad. I think I prefer the key pad so you can adjust to the minute vs. every 5 minute increments. The preset times are pretty accurate and handy. I've noticed that it takes longer to heat items. I read somewhere it has lower wattage around 950 than some so that must be the case. I actually haven't looked that up yet. My biggest complaint, being that this is the first time I've had a Convection oven and airfyer is I wish there were more instructions on how to run the thing for those categories. So far it's been like a hunt and peck system trying to figure out times etc on my own. The instructions in the pamphlet explain what racks and pans to use and not use for each system but that's it. Even a few simple recipes would be nice like I've received in other appliance pamphlets. The appearance of the unit is sleek and stylish. The Vent-a-hood and light work great. The unit as a whole is great. It will just take getting used to the new knob system. So more instruction on usage is my biggest complaint. But I've used GE products for years and love them. They are very dependable and last a long time.

Microwave works well. Have only tried the air fryer option once and found the recommended times needed to be longer. Did not give a 5 rating because the display is very bright without an option to dim. It is bright enough to use as a night light all by itself. GE also chose the cold light option on the surface light - too harsh.

Over all easy to use. I am disappointed with the air fryer feature. The food doesn’t brown like my regular air fryer, particularly vegetables.
