My biggest test was to make cashew butter with whole raw cashews. The pulse function with intermittent tamping works perfectly for this.

We use it for green and protein smoothies. It is powerful and it has timed options. The cleaning option is nice bonus as well as the single size container that is included. I would have given it a 5 star rating if it was easier to remove the lid without feeling one is going to break or crack the plastic lid if lift too hard too fast. Overall, a very functional and attractive blender mixer that met our needs.
