I've been using the Breville Boss To Go for years now. I am on my 2nd one. Saw this one recently, which includes a personal blender, and thought I would give it a try. I've only used the personal blender so far. Works well, but blade attachment is IMPOSSIBLE to remove after blending!

This is a really great blender. I make green smoothies everyday and its doing a fantastic job liquifying the greens. This one is air cooled which I think will help it last much longer. The pitcher is larger than previous Breville The Boss blender. The individual smoothie jar works great too. This is my 3rd high end blender. Breville has been great with supporting their products, I highly recommend.

I bought this to replace our 7 year old Blendtec Total blender with a burnt out motor. Compared to the Blendtec, the Super Q is much smoother in operation and so far has produced little to no vibration when blending thicker, more frozen smoothies. I am hopeful it will last longer than its 10 year warranty, but that was one of the reasons I went with this brand this time around.

I love Breville products and pushed for this one over similar products with my wife. We have used it now for over a year and it's just not as impressive as we'd hoped for a blender in this price range. We make smoothies most mornings and it seems to just be spinning with no real blending- I personally liked the blender cup but the same thing happened and it made the whole smoothie taste like burnt rubber and was ruined. We are finally throwing in the towel and looking for something different.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
