Great blender, fantastic for smoothies and nicecream made from frozen bananas + other frozen fruits. Works well to mill rolled oats to flour and to create hot veggie soups and smooth sweet potato confections. As whole food, plant-based diners, we depend on the Super Q for daily food prep.

The preset options are ideal, especially the green smoothie option. The smoothie button makes perfect dairy-based smoothies with an airy texture (but not foamy). The green smoothie button leaves no pieces or chunks at all even when blending raw carrots and kale. Soup button is perfect as well.

We use it for green and protein smoothies. It is powerful and it has timed options. The cleaning option is nice bonus as well as the single size container that is included. I would have given it a 5 star rating if it was easier to remove the lid without feeling one is going to break or crack the plastic lid if lift too hard too fast. Overall, a very functional and attractive blender mixer that met our needs.

Blender works good, it is powerful, looks nice, the cover is hard to remove but the loop helps a bit, same for the individual shake cup, when using its blade it is a bit hard to make it close all the way to the end same when opening it so you have to be careful not to spill your beverage. About the warranty, I have to say that Breville is very responsive, after having a Boss Blender for about 3 years, it broke and they sent me a replacement, a brand new Q, since Boss model was no longer in production, after a year the Q started showing some troubles, I sent it for repair and Breville sent me a new one, I like this blender hopefully I will have better luck with this replacement. Having Breville honoring the warranty gave me piece of mind as this blender are very expensive but useful!
