I received this as a Christmas gift several years ago and love it, but It no longer goes around. I purchased a new part and it still doesn't work. I am not sure why the blade will not go around once the food is in it. I wish there was someone I could talk to about this problem because the electronic part of it works . I feel it needs one replacement part but I don't want to keep buying parts until I get the right one.
