I was about to leave Apple after 10 years of being loyal to their phones. My wife and I decided to switch from iPhones and accept struggling with figuring out how to make our new Fold 7 phones "best phones now" work with our MacBooks "best laptops now", but wait... no S Pen!! What is this, Samsung! The deal and our hearts are broken .. We are going back with iPhones + iPads configurations until you fix this.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us, Mody. We really value you as a customer, and it’s clear that you've put a lot of thought into your feedback about the lack of S Pen in this iteration. While the S Pen remains a valuable part of the Galaxy lineup, our focus with the latest Galaxy Z Fold7 was to deliver the lightest and thinnest Z series experience yet. We aimed to maximize portability, as that was the most important user experience for this generation. We understand your disappointment, and we’re continuously working hard to enhance our devices based on customer feedback. Your insights are invaluable to us as we strive to improve our products. For any further concerns or questions, please be sure to reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The overall form factor is a vast improvement over the previous generations with their tall and slender form factors. The Fold 7 is more akin to a S24 Ultra.
Performance improvements over 2 generations isn't as noticeable as one would think day to day but batter life is longer as I don't find myself opening the inner screen as much and using it more like a normal phone.
The thinness when opened is something else. Not many words can quite describe the feel in one's hand but it does feel every but the asking price.
Android 16 is a nice bump. Nothing too ground changing.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the Fold 5, and loved it. I thought it couldn't get much better. But...now I got the Fold 7 and I am floored by how awesome this phone is. It's thinner, and somehow bigger! The inner screen looks amazing. And with the AI feature, it feels like I can do anything with it. I plan on using it for work, and gaming. Who would of thought you could get a phone this thin that opens up to the size of a tablet! I can game, watch movies, and with the AI feature, fix photos, find anything on the web. I'm thoroughly impressed. I give it 5 out of 5 stars!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Galaxy AI has been a super cool tool throughout my use so far. I am incredibly happy with the setting where I can choose to only use AI on my device and not send data to outside servers.
I use my Z Fold 7 as my daily driver phone which I also use occasionally with Samsung Dex in place of a laptop.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had iphone by apple for about seven years. And just recently switched to samsung z fold seven best decision of my life. You got to make the switch!!!!!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy Z Fold 7 is a remarkable step forward in foldable smartphone technology. Samsung has clearly refined the design, making it slimmer, lighter, and more durable than its predecessors. The hinge feels more solid yet smooth, and the crease is noticeably less visible, making the inner display even more immersive. The 7.6" main display is vibrant and fluid, perfect for multitasking, gaming, and media consumption. The under-display camera is less intrusive this time around, and the cover screen is now wider and more practical for everyday use. Performance-wise, the Fold 7 handles everything with ease, thanks to the latest Snapdragon processor and generous RAM. Battery life has also seen an improvement, lasting comfortably through a full day with moderate to heavy use. The improved multitasking features, like the enhanced task bar and split-screen support, really showcase the phone's productivity potential. That said, the price point is still high, and while it's not for everyone, it's the best foldable experience available right now. If you're looking for a device that bridges smartphone and tablet functionality with premium build and cutting-edge innovation, the Galaxy Z Fold 7 delivers!
