[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was worried i was going to miss my Samsung Galaxy Note 20 UltraI when i switched to the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold. I have had it 3 days and I absolutely love my Galaxy Z Fold. The endless possibilities and uses with Galaxy AI are down right exciting and I am enjoying learning all the ways it makes my life easier all on its huge screen!
The trade-in process was incredibly easy. The 30% military discount was appreciated. I will definitely utilize Samsung's trade-in program in the future to upgrade to my next device.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the fold 3 and the fold 5 and this one FAR surpasses both. The camera is amazing and I use it more than my 24 ultra! Love the way I can multi-task on the inside screen. I game and chat and work all at the same time! Galaxy AI has improved so much i'm using it all the time also. The fact that its so much thinner has been a great advantage too. Absolutely LOVE LOVE this phone! Samsung pulled out another banger!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy Z Fold7 is an impressive phone that ticks all the boxes. The folding display is still stunning, and it’s a feature you'll find new uses for every day. Switching to Android is surprisingly simple, and Galaxy AI is just as useful as any other AI tool you've come across. The cameras take fantastic photos, and watching videos or streaming on the large, crystal-clear screen is a whole new experience. The price is high, but the saying "you get what you pay for" definitely applies here. If you're looking for a top-tier device and are open to something new, the Z Fold7 is worth checking out.
I had a samsung fold 4 & 5. I decided to upgrade to the seven without doing my homework. I was extremely disappointed to find out that the.S pen is no longer supported on the fold 7. Having an eye impairment ei brag to everyone and told many people with low vision. That the samsung phone phone is the best thing ever. The big screen is amazing and helps tremendously. But the s pen also helps a lot. It is truly what sets at apart from any other phone. I used my s pen to help of things and being low vision sometimes even if you have small fingers like I do your fingers just get in the way. But I could pull out my s.Pen and do what I need to do. Not to mention that I am a student. So I take my phone using my s.Pen. not having the s pen is a deal breaker for me. It is a very thin phone and it feels comfortable in the hand but I'd rather have a larger phone with the s.Pen feature. I think i'm going to take this 7 back. And see if I can get a still has the s.Pen features.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello 1 Eye A, Thank you for your feedback on the Galaxy Z Fold7. We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts with us. As you mentioned your concerns about S Pen use, the Fold7 is designed to offer a large immersive screen, multitasking capabilities, and productivity features to maximize performance on the go. The redesigned Galaxy Z Fold7 has streamlined S Pen compatibility and functionality for a more AI-interactive experience. Much of what you do with your S Pen can now be verbalized with Galaxy AI, even across multiple apps and browsers. We appreciate you sharing your experience with us. Your insights drive innovation here at Samsung, and we’re glad to have you as part of the evolution. -Ty Samsung Support smsng.us/Samsung-Support Samsung Community smsng.us/Samsung-Community Facebook smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger X https://smsng.us/X-Messages
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been an Ultra user since Samsung first introduced them. Ive always been curious about the Fold series, but reluctant to switch. Based solely on 2 things. The bulk of the Fold and the ever present crease. Then Samsung released the Fold 7 and the advertising ahead of its release really gave me the last nudge that I needed to push me into considering a switch. Now I will admit that there is still a visible crease. The more you look at your phone the less you see it. The thinness of this phone is absolutely remarkable. To this day i still dont understand how it even operates being this thin. I have been using my 7 now for 2 months and I have to say. Aside from a small downgrade in the lenses of the camera system. The Ultra truly now, UnFolds. This is absolutely the Ultra in foldable form and I am now totally and wholly among the Folder masses. The Galaxy Ai on this device is truly unrivaled. I spend countless hours in conversation and even debate with Gemini and find that the new intergradable capabilities with real life assistance at the top of the list among SmartPhone Ai systems. My one complaint is battery life. The more we come to rely on hour phones. The more our phones rely on their battery, to be able to aide us in everyway possible throughout the day. Silicon technology is already pushing battery life further and further in other devices and I wish Samsung would follow suit.
