[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Traded in my ZFold 4 for a ZFold 7. I've had so much fun setting up the phone and enjoying the new features such as Gemini AI. The phone being much more slim and having a larger screen is what I've been looking for.

The Galaxy Z Fold 7 is packed with Samsung's latest suite of Galaxy AI features (running on One UI 8). Because of the foldable form factor, many of these tools are specifically optimized to take advantage of the massive 8.0-inch inner display and the 6.5-inch cover screen.
Here is a breakdown of the standout Galaxy AI tools on the Z Fold 7:
Dual-Screen Interpreter: This is where the foldable design really shines. If you are conversing with someone in a different language, you can fold the phone halfway up (Flex Mode). The Fold 7 displays your translated speech on the outer cover screen for the other person to read, while you read their translated replies on the inner main screen.
Sketch to Image: Using the large inner display (which is great with an S Pen), you can draw a rough doodle on a blank canvas or directly on top of a photo. Galaxy AI will then analyze your drawing and generate a fully rendered, realistic object or piece of art.
Note Assist & Transcript Assist: If you use Samsung Notes, the AI can automatically format messy handwriting, create bulleted summaries of long documents, and translate text. Transcript Assist can take voice recordings, transcribe them into text, identify different speakers in a room, and summarize the entire conversation.
