The fold screen is nice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had high hopes for this phone as I have wanted a fold for years, but due to my job it wasn't feasible. I finally was in a place to get one and well... I was totally let down it lags, freezes, and sometimes just won't load anything. I find myself restarting it several times a day to fix bugs. It does have some nice features like the inside screen for YouTube and pictures, but sometimes when you go from the inside screen to the front screen it doesn't reform to fit the screen the "Galaxy Ai" is nice for a few things like picture editing. Overall I will not be buying another one and will be going to the s26 soon.

If your device is slowing down or glitching, it might be time to look for software updates. To do this, go to and open Settings. Then, swipe to and tap on Software update or System update. Choose Check for updates or Download and install. If an update is available, follow the on-screen instructions to finish the process.
