[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy Z Fold 7 is probably the perfect phone for some people, but not for me.
There’s no denying that the form factor is unique and amazing. The internal display offers unmatched screen real estate and functionality compared to any other phone on the market. The Z Fold 7 runs the latest version of Android and Samsung’s One UI, packed with modern features and powerful AI capabilities.
However, in my daily use, I found that out of convenience I spend less than 10% of my time on the internal screen and over 90% on the external one. That’s where the problem lies for me. The external display, while vastly improved over previous generations, still feels cramped. The font size is small to fit all the information I’m used to seeing on a standard “bar” phone like the Galaxy S25 Ultra. As I get older, reading such small text becomes difficult. Increasing the font size helps, but it also reduces the available screen space and limits how much I can see at once.
Samsung deserves credit for making the external screen far more usable than before, and for pushing the foldable category forward in every way. Still, at the end of the day, this phone just isn’t the right fit for my needs.
There’s something for everyone, and the Z Fold 7 will be perfect for those who truly take advantage of its expansive inner display. But for someone like me who primarily uses the outer screen, a more traditional phone simply makes more sense.

More than just a foldable at this point.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great phone. I've had all the fold bar the Fold 2. All have been small incremental upgrades until this point. The Fold 7 is a reimagination of what a Fold should be. At this point you really don't have to use the inner screen. Most will be ok with just using the other screen thanks to the new form factor. The size and weight of the device is just revolutionary. Other noteworthy upgrades are the camera. Galaxy AI features a also got a boast too. A truly special device.

The Super AMOLED screen is simply spectacular. The colors are vibrant, the contrast is deep, and the brightness is so good that using it in direct sunlight is no longer an issue. Watching videos and browsing is a real visual treat, with impressive fluidity thanks to the high refresh rate.
Regarding the cameras, Samsung continues to demonstrate why it is the leader. Photos come out sharp, with perfect color saturation and excellent performance even in low light conditions. The optical zoom is incredibly useful, and the portrait mode achieves a professional bokeh effect.
The performance is another marvel. Apps open instantly, Galaxi AI is amazing, heavy games run without lag, and multitasking is flawless. The battery easily lasts me all day, which is essential for my daily use.
Furthermore, the design is elegant and feels premium in the hand. The One UI customization layer is intuitive and packed with super useful features.
In summary: it is a complete, reliable, and powerful device. If you are looking for the best in Android, with a top screen and exceptional cameras, this Galaxy is the best investment! Completely delighted and 100% recommended.

The amazing Galaxy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will admit, in the past I have had my doubts about Samsung. Starting really from the 2022 models i have been more and more impressed. A.I is the best thing coming out right now, and there is so much competition around A.I.. some phones do ok. But the Galaxy is miles ahead ANY competition in that arena, and it truly makes the phone fully enjoyable.
And then I can go on and on for days about the amazing display. It's the best part of the phone, your constantly looking at it. This phone has the best display i have EVER seen by far. And then we have the cameras, 8k video recording.. amazing 4k footage.. the pictures are so crisp in the night and daytime. I could go on and on about the features on this phone. It takes not even a full second to get on apps/websites, anything. And this phone can make your life easier and it does. That is the samsung way!.
And then I can go on and on for days about the amazing display. It's the best part of the phone, your constantly looking at it. This phone has the best display i have EVER seen by far.
