Such an upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Such an upgrade from the Fold6. While contains a lot of the same features. The front display is drastically better, the main display feels much bigger, and the main camera is so much better. The thinness and lighter weight do not go unnoticed.
If I have any gripes about the new Fold7, I do not like that they went backwards with no S Pen support, the under display camera is gone, and it's a bit difficult to open without a case. I think the under display camera was an amazing feature, but instead of figuring out how to improve it, they just got rid of it. I definitely use the phone full screen and appreciated the no punch hole more than the inner camera quality, which doesn't need to be that high of quality to begin with.
Overall an amazing phone and worth the upgrade from the Fold6.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded from my older Fold4 to the new Fold7. Overall impression of the phone with Galaxy AI is very positive.
Positives are the thinner and lighter weight of the phone overall. Do like the overall larger screen sizes. The camera is more powerful too. Good battery life also.
Some design issues that I don't care for but seem to be inherently required are: 1. The phone can never lay flat, folded or unfolded, since the 3 camera lens need to stick out from the phone body. 2. S pen functionality was removed to make the phone thinner.
I normally use my phone for work and for pleasure. I do read a lot and really enjoy the larger screen the Fold has.

Great phone overall but not perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Physically, there has been amazing upgrades to the device. The slim design is amazing as well as the crease is less noticeable. The thing that bothered me the most would be the speakers sounding very subpar. The camera bump was a bit overboard but with a case it is tolerable.

The larger display is a game-changer—it’s perfect for multitasking, reading, watching videos, and even getting some quick work done on the go. It feels like carrying a tablet and phone in one sleek device. The fold mechanism is smooth and surprisingly sturdy, and the overall design feels premium. I enjoy using the phone in Flex Mode for video calls and content viewing. Battery life could be a bit better, but the functionality and experience easily make up for it. Definitely worth the investment!

Pretty Close to Perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got my hands on the new Galaxy Z Fold 7 and honestly… it’s wild how far Samsung has come with this thing. The design is super sleek—way thinner and lighter than the last one, and the outer screen actually feels like a real phone now, not just something you use to open the main display.
Once you unfold it, the big screen is insane. Bright, smooth, and perfect for multitasking or binge-watching. You can really tell they polished the hinge and bezels this time around—no more chunky tablet feel.
But what really surprised me was the Galaxy AI features. I played around with photo editing and that generative fill tool is next-level. You can literally move people around or erase stuff with just a tap. And the new “Sketch to Image” thing? Makes your little doodles look like pro designs. It’s kinda addictive.
Battery life is decent—lasts me through the day unless I’m hammering it with videos and games. Charging could be faster, but not a dealbreaker for me. Cameras are solid overall, especially the 200MP main shooter, though low light could still use some work.
All in all, this thing feels like a phone from the future. Pricey? Yeah. But if you’re into productivity, tech, or just like showing off cool gadgets, the Fold 7 delivers hard.
