Cost ended my habit to upgrade with each new model

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Z7 after enjoying the Z5 so much. The Z5 didn't offer wifi 7 and I wanted it. Also the reduced screen fold line improved. For the Z7, when people ask me what I like most about it, I tell them everything". ZFolds can best be compared to how I felt when I went from my flip phone to a smartphone. It's something that you can't ever go back to.
The screens have good brightness but they can leave me looking for more when I'm in sunlight. The battery is just ok if its unfolded I'm recharging in 3 to 4 hrs with frequent use. If I'm down to 50%, I'll limit using the full screen so much unless I'm near a charger. So glad to hear starting with the Z8, Samsung is improving the batteries now.
The cost for developing and mass producing this level technology must be immense and I get why the phone is extremely expensive. Nonetheless, it's no less disappointing I can no longer afford to upgrade every time the next new model is released. For me, given the cost, yearly upgrading days are gone, now I buy only "as needed" but I'll never go back to a standard single screen again. Glad I chose the Z7 everyday!

I chose it for the picture and responsive quality, camera is also a good asset if you take a lot of pictures.
Unfolding the phone is great for watching movies or for multi-task.

Almost perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I feel like samsung made this phone and held back on the important thing. The battery. My battery drains so fast daily using this and when I go to charge it, it takes an hour or longer to get the battery up to a percentage I feel comfortable with to leave the house. I wish this had a faster charge and bigger battery and then I would be happy. Everything else is great. Display quality, quickness with multitasking and functionality.

I love the large screen.

I always get the question, do you like your phone? I always tell people that I love it. I would recommend this phone to anybody, especially if you have any seeing impairment.

Just as thin as any Candy Bar phone

I love the bigger screen when open.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Galaxy ZFold 7 at my last phone upgrade and love it. In everyday practical use I really can only tell that I lost a little bit of camera options but nothing major.
I love having the bigger screen, especially for websites and apps. Honestly plan on getting the new trifold when I am able to.
