Screen Failure

The internal screen failed after 2 weeks. When entering info for warranty, there is no option for a temporary replacement. You are just SOL for the estimated 2 weeks needed for repairs. After only 2 weeks there should be a direct replacement option

Nice phone

My wife wanted that phone so much, having already had experience with the 5, so we decided to switch to another brand. It was a mistake; she never got used to it. The phone is very nice, weighs nothing, and it's even scary that it might fall and break. The colors are good, the operation is fluid, the camera is great, and the whole system is easy and fast. The only thing that bothers me is the amount of spam I'm getting. This didn't happen to me on the 5 I had before.

This is my favorite phone of all time...I was concerned about the crease...but no worries...they figured it out. I have never loved an object before...I am pleasantly surprised by this phone... I watch a lot of videos all over the house and I got tired of squinting....I LOVE THIS PHONE...I will never buy another phone again. This is the one.

Amazingly thin and performs very well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is perfect for the daily. You can unfold the phone and enjoy watching videos, movies, or even playing mobile games. Battery life is exceptionaly good for being a really thin device.
My only complain with the device is after owning it for 3 weeks my screen starts flickering when unfolded and most of the time I get a dead blank/ black screen on the left half.
I really love this device and hopefully samsung get get this issue fix and make the Fold more reliable.

Best foldable I've owned this far
