Part of buying a product is the after purchase service. It's part of the price we pay. That is why I don't recommend any of their products when there are better options. Buyer be aware.

Z Fold 7 everything you need in a foldable phone

The size and weight are amazing for a foldable phone. Im a long time ultra user but this phone has taken its place. Get one in your hand somewhere you'll be sold!

Love the way the front display screen is amazing actually phone size that is very practical to use as if it was a normal phone with a little more to give. Hinge not bulky and the crease in the screen is less noticeable witch is the the best thing about the whole new design. Best foldable phone they could have ever made.

Amazing phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung are pioneers of the fold series and their newest fold the Galaxy from fold 7 is truly the best foldable available in today's market . I truly enjoy having a phone that's comfortable and feels like a regular phone lighter and thinner then even the S series phone and when I unfold the phone having a great tablet experience. I have always carried the Note series which is great flagship but now I will happily continue to use the fold series for all future upgrades.

Style. Power. Practicality. This foldable nails it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy Z Fold 7 is hands-down the most refined and impressive foldable phone I’ve ever used. As someone coming from a previous Fold model, I can confidently say that Samsung has perfected the formula here. From the moment you hold it, you can tell this device is premium. The materials feel solid and elegant, and despite packing an enormous 8-inch screen when unfolded, it still feels like a regular phone in your hand or pocket when folded. It’s shockingly thin, stylish, and comfortable, unlike many bulky foldables in the market. Samsung continues to deliver with excellent camera quality. Photos come out crisp and vibrant across all lighting conditions. Battery life is outstanding. I’m consistently getting two full days on light use, and even on heavy use days, it easily powers through entire workday withoutid-day top-up. This is considering the thinness of the phone and a huge screen inside. With the new Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, performance is nothing short of a beast. Everything from browsing, video streaming, and gaming to multitasking feels incredibly smooth and fluid. There’s no lag, no hiccups. This phone does it all. I use it for work, entertainment, and creativity, and it handles everything I throw at it. Watching videos on the big inner display is immersive, gaming is smooth, and multitasking is more intuitive than ever. It’s the first foldable where I truly feel no compromise compared to a standard flagship.

This phone has been greatly improved for the feel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy AI is phenomenal, the possibilities are endless and this makes every single task easier. It's fast, like surprisingly fast, it's accurate, and is able to assist pretty much everywhere you would want AI to assist.
The device itself is an amazing weight in your hands, the thickness is perfect. However, this is where I believe some things were sacrificed. Such as the pen. Everyone loves the SPen and features, why would you take that away. I was very disappointed when I got the new fold and discovered that's gone because you removed the digitizer to thin out the phone. I personally would rather have the s Pen.
The phone also has lost sound, I cannot believe how low the output is on speaker phone compared to other phones. This was another huge let down in my opinion. The sound is a must have.
The last thing the phone has sacrificed is the camera. Now we have lost the lidar, and a few other key features when compared to other Samsung high end phones. The phone still takes great pictures, but again another let down.
So the pros
Great tablet, that folds into a phone.
