Love the compact form factor budy can be buggy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not sure if this is specifically an issue with my device but there are a few bugs and it will do weird things sometimes. It will download things and then not let me reorganize the folders, and certain apps will just not work. I previously had the Z fold and never had any of these issues also, despite them being different phones so yes they will operate differently. The level of which the two operate differently is extremely vast. It was very weird moving from one to the other.
I wish the front screen had more capabilities and wasnt as limited without using a third party app emulator.
But I love the size and controlling music, scanning tickets, easily checking maps, and selfie are all great on this device. Camera quality is great for close shots, zoom is iffy. And as for built quality itself, the phone is very sturdy and feels premium.
The Galazy Ai is great for extracting text out of photos which is very handy when traveling. And the response time for questions is very fast. I do hope future models have more color variations and better battery life. It does drain pretty quickly with heavy use.

This AI is so clutch and the phone so versatile

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The phone is so versatile when I'm on the go and at work, easy to take around in your pocket. I love the flip effect and the A.I. Let me tell you, I've been having heart issues. I never was a Bible reader, but with A.I., not only have I gained understanding, it helps me have daily peace reading it. I'm able to compare products to find what's best for my family. It has made things so much easier for my daily life and curiosity. Having this phone gives you the ability to not feel alone or feel like you don't know how to handle a lot of things. It's superb on your own, fast and quick, like signing paperwork and sending it back. I love it.

Great sound quality but hard to use touch control

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound quality is excellent as is battery life. The design is sleek and very unique, but the triangle shape makes the touch controls sometimes inaccurate or awkward to operate.
I love the Galaxy Ai active listening feature. Especially when walking or carrying things. Being able to just say "volume up" without touching the handle? Stock? Arm?( Idk what it's called lol, but the part with the touch controls) is so kuch easier and super cool. I'll be upgrading to the new models after I've had these a little longer as I saw they eliminated the triangle shape in newer models

Love it but need better hinge protection

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy flip 7 is great I love it the AI features are awesome and very helpful, the samsung store add one make ot 10 times better being able to use any app on the front screen, not having to open the phone to full size, but still have full access is very convenient. Great camera!!! The only criticism i have is if dropped on the hinge it is very sensitive and hav we had to replace a few phones due to this. You can however get a good case with hinge protection and they work great while the last. The hinge piece always falls off the cases after a couple months and I've tried all different cases from normal range to rather high priced, but always get the same result, 2 maybe 3 months tops and the cases falls apart, and the phone if dropped gets broken.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical, but after using it I was locked in. Camera like chefs kiss and also the ability of fitting this in my evening bag is like a cherry on top. The graphics are also awesome when watching videos or playing games.
