This is not a long term device

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We opted for the "new" device. We had to replace this phone 3 times before we could finally upgrade and get a entirely new phone. The screen cracks and it is just not durable in the least.

I love this phone but!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a Samsung Ecosystem loyalist. My watch my tvs watches buds and tablets are all Samsung.
This phone is great and the features are superb but the battery is absolutely horrendous.
It will not last 3/4 of a day and mind you I don't play games or such on my phone. Just phone texting and browsing.
Makes me sad to have to say that but it's a fact.

So far this product is fun and creative!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my device fo so much multitasking, between reading crochet pattern, watching YouTube videos, or gaming with friends! I love the features the front camera has for full body photos and the amount you are able to do on the front screen! Only issue I had is a pixle size dot popped up on my screen within the first week, but once I got used to it, it hasn't bothered me much. The AI Gemini is very handy in hearing me when my hands are full and I need to access apps on my phone

The Best Model Yet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Where do I start really, this phone has been an amazing game-changer! From it's versatility and ease of holding to all the convenient features and gestures, this phone has been a real conversation starter. The best feature (apart from flipping) is being able to use Galaxy AI for different things, from using it as a search engine to editing photos. It really came in handy when editing photos for a wedding recently, what a life saver, like being able to take out unwanted people in the background to fixing the outfits! And being able to customize everything from the keyboard to the ringtones, this was an amazing change within a normal routine, especially comparing it to other phone providers... This has been about 6 months with this model and I've had absolutely no issues with the screen, the crease that everyone was freaking over is the least of my problems, it's practically not even there, and the fun portion of open and shutting the phone is such a new thing that it makes for great conversation starters. And the absolute best was finally being able to fit the phone in my pockets!! Women's pockets are so small you couldn't fit other models without them falling out or anything like that. But this Z Flip 7 that problem was eradicated! I am in love with my model, and coming from a certain phone provider and being with them for over 8 years, I've never loved an android as I do today. I can't rave about it enough! I am very happy with the switch and I don't see myself going back!

Fails to deliver on latest edition

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who's had the Flip 4-7, this version has been my least favorite to date. I find that there's no meaningful improvements to the UX/UI components compared to the previous years', at least none that warrant a weaker battery that can get extremely hot when charging.
I also wasn't impressed by the Galaxy AI features that came in this edition, especially considering what's currently possible. Would love the ability to replace the Bixby button with a preferred LLM. I primarily use my mobile device for content creation, web research, and communication, so would like to see smarter, native editing tools, less preinstalled software that consumes CPU and GPU, and features like video chat and individual message-level responses/actions. Android Auto is very buggy. Device stock is limited and hard to find so it's difficult to exercise the same-day repair benefit. Hoping the Flip 8 gets back on track.

Great size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really like that it folds to fit my pockets. Unfortunately the fold wears out. I always close it softly but am on 3rd one in 15 months. First one screen quit working completely, couldn't access anything. Second one screen started flashing across crease in screen and eventually the bottom screen was white.
