The collar seems to work well overall, but training and setting up the fence boundary was challenging because the beep is too quiet to hear. There is no volume or tone adjustment for the beeping.

We appreciate you sharing this concern with us! It is important to mention that this tone is high pitched by design, as this puts it at a tone and pitch that is best for our dogs to hear. This does mean that it may be very faint or inaudible to some customers. We're so sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. For setting up the boundary, we recommend using the test light tool that comes with your collar; this allows you to see where the collar activates and get a good idea of the range where the boundary is falling before beginning training with your dog. Great product, so far. We had issues uploading the product initially, however the support from the company was AMAZING!! It’s now easy to use, adjustments for corrections are simple and safe. The area our baby is confined and all are happy.

I could not get out of lost pet mode and now the whole app is messed up. It was working great to this point and I loved it but now I can’t get it recognize my email to reset it.

Won't Stay connected

We've had this collar for a few months now and it will not stay connected to the app. I cannot track my dog in real time.

The collar will not stay connected. I keep having to reset the entire system which takes forever. I want to be able to charge it and put it on him and it work. However it does not. When I take it off of charge the app on my phone only says charged. I'll turn it off and back on, nothing. I end up having to remove the collar and add it back to work again. But then once I charge it again it will not connect and go live. I need something quick and easy. This is not. Also it came with no instructions. All the instructions I have had to look up online.

The application for the device is very straightforward, user-friendly and easy. It is also fairly accurate in terms of Geo positioning, but can be a little quirky if you’re trying to have a very definitive boundary. But if you’re not worried about that level of precision. I think it’s a good aspect of the product.
I am worried about the fact that my dog wore the third time and he was able to somehow get it off. I think the mechanism to keep it on, it needs some work. It was a simple clip on collar. The dog was then able to manipulate it off after I ensure that it was on securely and he was able to chew it up and now it is not waterproof. I would imagine he was able to chew off the rubber coating.
I also really like the fact that she can use multiple lots/fences in Case if you want to go home or to the camp or to someone else’s house and immediately have it set up. Nice design.
Overall, I think it is a good concept a good product. I think the product needs to be a little bit sturdier to keep on the pet. I’ll leave that to the company.
