[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this AC about three weeks ago.The 10,000 BTU is just the right size for our bedroom and is a lot quieter than our previous AC. Like the remote control features, very clear on how to adjust settings. Very happy with this purchase.

Works well and as expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first AC unit and it works well and as expected. The screen that displays numbers is only covered by plastic and has already torn. The AC could be quieter and makes a sloshing noise, but it works and cools. It looks good and is easy to clean.
