[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This AC works great. I set the temperature and put it on the Eco mode. Shuts off and on as needed and keeps my room at the set temperature. We have three air conditioners and I wish the other two were Frigidaire.

Frostiness in a very hot summer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Frigidaire window AC is a workhorse............good performance and is fairly quiet for its size. The WIFI is nice but does loose connectivity quite often. All and all, I am very pleased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this AC for less than a week and I can already tell you it’s one of the best I’ve had for this size/price. It cools 60% of my home, and keeps it there ALL DAY/NIGHT. It’s not that loud, compared to other 18,000 units. 100% Satisfied and would recommend to anybody looking for an AC in this size range.

Nice Air Conditioner With Great Features -- Not So Great App.

I love the fact that the remote is also easy to use. But, if you download the app to control the air conditioner, you will probably go back to the remote or program it manually because the app loses connection constantly and this is very, very frustrating. For that, I took off one star.

Skip the WiFi and buy a bigger unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit is great! I have no complaints. It is sleek and clean looking, easy to install, and cools down my living room very well. It’s a little noisy, but I don’t have anything to compare it to. Although I like having the capability to control it from my phone, it’s completely unnecessary, and in retrospect I would have spent that money on the larger unit to better cool the rest of my small 720sf home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The a/c cools the room as expected but is way too loud, even on low fan. Did,t expected to be so loud.
I installed the app on my phone and it won't work, tried several times to no avail, just gave up.
it looks so cheap made, there is a piece inside made of styrofoam,I don't know if that is important.
and I don't see a drain hole, the water accumulates and soon I suppose it'll rust since there is no where for the water to go.
