I was afraid it wouldn’t be able to cool the entire apartment plus the loftt, but we reversed the ceiling fan and it pulls the cool air up there and the thing keeps the whole place quite cool. My only complaint is the noise level. It’s not awful, I just feel like it could be better.

good deal/works better than rated!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great unit and cools more area than the company's stated square footage. Cools an area for me of 1600 SQ FEET OF WELL INSULATED house at 98 degrees Fahrenheit outside. The instructions to set up the APP on your smart phone are missing key pieces of info, took an entire morning to figure it out, calling Frigidaire only slowed down the process. Once hooked to my smart phone it works flawlessly. This is the main reason I bought this unit is for the remote controlling of the Air Con.
