[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve owned this appliance for 4 years now and it’s still working strong. No problems with connectivity or pieces breaking.
The accordion that stretches to the sides could have been firmer. I always have to use matching duck tape to seal it properly, but that’s a minor thing.

Easy to install and works extremely well

An amazing AC!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this thing! after getting it connected to my phone, i can simply turn it on or off whenever i need to right from the app, no matter where I am in the house. helpful when I'm running it on eco mode and forget to turn it off!
as far as the unit itself, It gets the room COLD!!!! and it isn't a small room, 10 foot ceilings and 20X10. I put this thing behind my gaming setup and it feels like I'm chest bumping Mount Everest. Hands down the best AC I have ever owned.
