Great unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great functioning unit. I took one star away because it is unfortunately very loud.. even on the low fan setting. It does definitely cool down my apartment however and the thermostat feature is very nice. I did have a bit of trouble getting it connected to Wi-Fi and connected to my google home. Overall for the price it is decent.. I just wish it was a little quieter.

Powerful and quiet ac

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Frigidaire 10000btu window air conditioner is the best ac I've ever owned. Keeps my room nice and cool and is very quiet, only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the mechanism to open the outside air vent broke off after first use and is stuck shut.
