Wonderful Cooling system

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installed about 1 month ago and so far so good. We have hit 100 degrees and the window unit is working like a champ! Keeps livingroom/great room cool as desired. The WIFI feature works great. Highly recommend.

Remote didn't work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having the remote not working wasn't a big deal, having to ask to speak to a supervisor together the problem resolved was not what I was anticipating. I asked for a call back from the supervisor and told the person helping me that I knew that she didn't pass on my complaint and that I wouldn't be getting the call back. I still haven't gotten that call!
