Great Air Conditioner

Other than that it's a wonderful AC. He gets the room cold and fast.
Another great feature is that it connects to wifi and I still haven't touch the remote for it yet.

Hi, Eddie! We hear your concerns and would like to offer some tips that may be helpful!
Room temperature below 60°F (16°C). Cooling may not occur until room temperature rises above 60°F (16°C).
The temperature sensing element may be touching the cold coil, located behind the air filter. Straighten away from the coil.
Reset to a lower temperature.
The compressor will shut off by changing modes. Wait approximately 3 minutes and listen for the compressor to restart when set in the COOL mode.
If needed, please connect with us via live chat or by phone at 1-800-374-4432 Monday through Friday between 8:30 am and 8:00 pm EST so we can work through this one-on-one with you. -Christy
