Perfection in a window unit

Nice window unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This window unit does what it should, it cools. Works great, the only thing I don't like is that when the unit turns on the fan is quite loud. But when it's hot inside your house you have to do what you have to do.

Cools the Room very well/ but freezing up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this product in may of 2022 it worked wonderful kept my home nice and cool but since the end of August 2022 it has been freezing up (not because I was over using it or the filter is dirty) and I would have to let it melt all the ice (which took 5 or more hours to do) before I could turn it back on and living in the south it is to hot to be with out air. Very disappointed!

We recommend making sure that nothing is blocking the front or back of the unit. If the outside temperature is low (less than 60F) and the AC is in the cool mode, the inside coil can be supercooled causing icing. If this does not resolve your issues, we’re here to help. Decent air conditioner

Excellent AC for our downstairs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a wise and sound purchase for our home. This was very easy to put in, as well as to connect to our Wi-Fi. It is nice to be able to control it from my phone. It works great when you go away for a long weekend and forget to turn it off, as well as back on so your home is comfortable when you arrive. We cannot believe how cool this window unit makes our entire downstairs. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone who is looking for one.
