Powerful compact unit easy to install

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this air conditioner because the old one (LG) died after only 4 years after purchase. The air conditioner was well packaged and getting it out of the box was no problem. Installation and connection required no documentation and was simple and intuitive. Connecting it to the internet was fairly easy and accessible to the user without any special knowledge. The entire process from unpacking to installation and connecting to the internet took me less than 15 minutes. So far it’s working around month in my apartment and cooling it very well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works greats, cooks my kitchen down almost immediately. Only problem I had was it was dented when I bought, I returned it and got another one, which was also dented. There was a lot of dented boxes on the pallet so it looks like someone at the store at hit the whole pallet of ACs against something. Other than that the AC still works great even with the dents.
