Great so far!

Why these models keep changing???

I hate that these new models cant remember the last setting i left it on.
It not only defaults to eco mode EVERY TIME, but also changes my cool setting back from 60 to 72 EVERYTIME , even if i turn of the AC for a few seconds.
I also hate the fact after a few seconds the lights on the front go off. I enter the room and have to press a button on the remote to see what setting its on.
Also when i press the right button to higher the fan speed it goes left, instead of right, weird.

Hi Bwstudios! Good question, features change on models to keep up with government standards and regulations. The unit will run in energy saver(econ) mode when powered on each time, if last shutdown is in cool mode. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] AC works amazing! The wireless setup also makes it so easy to turn on the AC on those hot days you forgot to leave it running on energy saving mood. Just an awesome feature to have so you don’t walk into a sauna when getting home but a cool room!
