Works well and the wifi control is very convenient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 10kW window ac unit to replace another unit that was starting to show its age. I have it installed in my upstairs office but use it to keep my entire upstairs cool. I use my cellphone to control it from downstairs to make sure my bedroom next door will be comfortable when I go up to sleep. Then once upstairs I once again use my phone to activate the sleep function as I falloff to sleep.

Best air conditioner for medium apartment sizes!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this in May as we knew what would be heading out way this Summer…. We have a large 20x20 ft living room that it is in. We use fans to spread the air to the bedroom and kitchen . Little loud but what air conditioner isn’t really?? Works great and gets the job done perfectly.

Love being able to use remotely

Convenience like never before

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had many air conditioner over the years, but nothing like this one. The sets out apart is the technological part of it. Being able to not only use a remote control, which is normally convenient, but an app is something new. I can schedule when i want my ac on or off and at what temperature. Also, if i forget to schedule it, i can just turn it on or off from the app at any time and anywhere. Now i come home to a cool home rather than waiting for it to cool off. Love that!!!

Powerful but very noisy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit has good features but it is just so noisy. The high fan setting is unusable because the decibel level is ridiculous. I love the Wi-Fi controls and app. I wish it had a better sleep function so that it would automatically turn off at a certain time.

Great Appliance
