[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don’t like that when I set it to 60 degrees and shut if off later on. I have to reset the temperature when I turn it back on!

Hi, Kevin50! We appreciate hearing from you. We will be happy to provide some tips to help you enjoy your air conditioner. Your happiness is our top priority. Keep in mind, that your model will run in energy saver (econ) mode when powered on each time if the last shutdown is in cool or energy saver (econ) mode. In this mode, the fan will continue to run for 3 minutes after the compressor shuts off. The fan then cycles on for 90 seconds at 10-minute intervals until the room temperature is above the set temperature, at which time the compressor turns back on. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The air conditioner fit and stayed in our window comfortably. The air has good power coming out of the unit and can be set four degrees lower than our previous unit could go. Having access to the app to change settings on the go was an added plus!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great and efficiently. However it seems to be 3° off. The Wi-Fi is a little glitchy. It always needs to reconnect. It only takes a minute. It would also be nice if they added an “apply” button instead of sending to the ac the commands as you press the buttons on the phone.
