Very Satisfied

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this ac unit a month ago and have had a very positive experience so far. My only regret is not buying one sooner! It cools down my 2 bedroom apartment better than I ever imagined it would. I am very happy with this purchase!

Like some changes and not others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an older model of this unit that I have in another area, and I love it except for the louvers, so when I saw the louvers on this model I was happy. What I don't care for is the
way they changed the operation. On my old model, I would set the operation and it would
remember it each time I turned in on. I would just push a button on the unit or the remote
and I was set. This new model operates the same as the old model, but it doesn't remember the settings and every time I turn it on I have to adjust the settings to how I like them.
Other than that, it works great and I'm very happy with it. It is set up for the "internet of things" with all the online stuff, but I don't use any of that so I can't address those functions.

I am so in love with this air conditioner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace an old air conditioner that was not cooling any longer. I live in a mobile home with no air - just a swamp cooler. It gets so very hot in the mobile home and putting this in my bedroom makes life livable. It is truly a fantastic item and would suggest this to anyone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish it had 1 or 2 more scheduling slots so I could routinely shut it off to give it a break, but other than that I cant say anything but positive things! I love that you can direct the air. Great power, it keeps the rooms quite cool.. I like that I can see updates from my home so I have the peace of mind knowing my dogs wont overheat, as I live in AZ. Not too heavy either. Very impressed!

Works great— cools quickly— removes humidity!!
And the best part I can turn on the unit from my phone. So when I get home our home is cool!!
