Easy to use - but a lot of vibration!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this for supplementary use and really liked the app control feature. Unfortunately, the inexpensive fan components in the unit result in a great deal of vibration at certain times. Good idea, but needs some better engineering.

Cools but not quiet as advertised

Works great with mobile app

They really like the wireless controls from their mobile app where they can turn it on or off even when they're not home.

Great features, keeps my living room and kitchen cool

and it has really helped me out. I was miserable in my house because of the heat. After installing the air conditioner my house has never felt so comfortable. The unit cools the whole front of my house. My children are so much happier and we can live so much more peaceful now. We rest easier at night now because our home is cool. The wireless internet option really makes it easy to adjust the temperature at night from my phone without having to leave my bed. I love my air conditioner.
