Just bought the unit and after about 30 mins the water hitting the condenser is loud and annoying. Any way to stop this? The rest of the unit works find cools down the room with no issues. I have other Frigidaire units that are not like this. Any help would be great.

We appreciate you sharing your comments and experience with us. Droplets of water hitting condenser during normal operation may cause “pinging or swishing” sounds. We much advised not to drill any holes on the base pan to eliminate the normal sounds, otherwise it will void the warranty and could compromise the casing of the air conditioner. This sound may be more noticeable during high humidity days when more condensation is more present. Additional details about normal operating sounds are available to view within the manual.

Cools the room but loudly

Also the instructions for downloading the app could be improved upon. How about showing a picture of what the app looks like??

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this 10,000 btu air conditioner for a 12 × 14 bedroom after reading the reviews. It works great. It cools the entire room off quickly and efficiently. It is also very attractive looking, as far as air conditioners go.
Downloaded the app on my phone for easy wifi connectivity to my house. Just hit the wifi scan button on the ac and it found the system instantly.
I highly recommend this air conditioner.

Love the wi-fi connect feature
