[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is perfect for Florida weather. It dehumidifies, keeps the room cool or warm and the window and drain pipe are so easy to install, I did it myself. I'm no longer sweating or freezing. Can't recommend enough!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed additional heating and cooling in my home. I have some window ac units but they don't quite cool the whole space. I have windows that cannot take a traditional window or casement window unit in my combined living/dining area, The portable unit is the perfect solution. I also had a need for extra heat in the living/dining area. The baseboards we have are old and sometimes we need extra heat to feel comfy. The dehumidifier is a nice bonus. The unit is about the size of a standard kitchen trash can. You have a tube, hose and window attachment for venting and draining the ac portion. It rolls easily and is also quite easy to wipe down. It gives us enough heat to feel all warm and cozy, the perfect supplement to our baseboards. It is smart compatible; I don't have those so I can't offer an opinion on that. I am very pleased with the features I do use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this to put in our room above our garage. We have a home gym up there and we need a heater in the winter and AC in the summer and this worked out perfect. It did a great job of heating/cooling the area.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a couple weeks ago and it works great it's portable so it moves from room to room I really the the fact that it has a timer and a remote control I have a room in the back of my house that needs to stay warmer because I have a beard dragon and it works great to help keep that one room warmer without having to raise the heat in the rest of the house

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't know what I was expecting, but it's big and heavy so unless you can pick up at around 60 pounds unit by yourself, be aware, you will need help. You will need to leave your window open, but it delivers a good amount of coldness and as we are using it as an emergency unit, it is just enough to cool to a cold temperature our master bedroom and decent to our living room. So Yay! It actually goes a little lower than the temperature selected and it is slightly loud, but I'm used to white noise so it doesn't bother me at all. All in all, a great unit. We haven't need to try the heat as we live in Texas and it's warm already in winter, but I'm confident it will work.

The heat works great. We haven't tried the air part since it's been so cold here but I know it will work great to.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The multifunctional unit does what it is supposed to accomplish. Living in a four seasons area, the heating element has been helpful when working in the garage during the winter months. Furthermore, the ac is the bigger assistance during the summer due to not having ac in the house. Helps to balance out the room we use the most including the bed rooms.
