High quality machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned a portable air conditioner before from another brand and this TCL blows it out of the water with quality and features. It has air conditioning, heat, fan, dehumidifier all in one. The auto feature will cycle between heat and air as needed which is amazing. There is remote and wifi connectivity. The sound is no louder than a hotel air conditioning unit. I love the options to being able to have on constant drain or as needed. It has everything to fit a window and even the foam insulation strips. It’s working like a champ and an excellent addition to our garage workout area. Love it. Living in southeast Alabama the air and dehumidifier is a lifesaver!

Great portable AC!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have this Smart Portable AC for my small garage for a over half year since I can't install a wall in AC. So far I love it! It has a build in wheels under it, so it is easy for me to move it around.
The 10,000 BTU provides enough coolness in my summer-hot garage. And the heater working great in the winter time.
I pick the black color so it doesn't look dirty in my garage.

Do not buy this product I am on the phone with support as I type this. They do not honor warranties even as displayed on their website.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have been looking for an alternative to gas and this has been a life saver. I am so happy I was able to set up this wonderful equipment. You can also move it around with ease and it is very easy to clean which I appreciate.

It is perfect for our little house that doesn’t have central air and heat. It cools it comfortably havent tried the heat yet we like the fact you can control it from your phone also

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 14,000 btu Air conditioner WITH heat ! And it can be programmed to your smartphone ! As well as comes with a remote !! This unit is NICEE ! And works amazing ! We live in NY so it having a heater as well is pretty awesome ! You can have it out year long ! Works amazing ! And it’s super sleak in black so it looks nice ! Doesn’t take up much room! Definitely highly recommend !
