Powerful and quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally upgraded our AC and we couldn't be happier. Definitely quieter and more powerful than past ACs. Even with the low BTU, it still helps cool our whole (1-bedroom) apartment. Very pleased with this purchase!

Loud but good

The building's built in A/c units are not sufficient to cool the apartment so I purchased a unit for each of the bedrooms to increase the cool air flow. It's been working well and we love the sleep mode.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the features like the Econo mode, the EER, the washable filter, the remote, and ease of installation. On the down side, it seems a bit noisy for sleeping. There seems to be some vibration and a beat frequency on low fan. The adjustable air vent system doesn't seem to steer the air effectively. For my needs, I'm happy with the unit.
