Great little unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to make my bedroom cold at night. WE have central air, but I like my room cold at night and it does the job. Not too loud, but I am used to sleeping with a box fan...so.
Know the size of your window before installation. My window was too wide so I had to pick up some plexiglass and use that instead of the standard install. Looks better that was though.
I only wish the angle that the air could blow was a little wider, but it cools down the room great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Works perfectly, but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit works great except it has one drainage hole that’s in an odd spot. I had it tipped back a few degree just like any other AC, but it wouldn’t drain completely and the fan would make a loud and annoying noise when it would hit the water that had pooled up in the back of the unit. So I pulled the unit out and drilled a couple extra holes along the bottom so it would actually drain. After that, no problems!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased right as my old unit started dying and did searches and comparisons. Have a similar model in another room which works very well. Slightly damaged during delivery but minor and rather than return and burn up I fixed the issue and it runs great. Remote works well and uses 2xAAA included batteries. Easy setup and operation with a lot of nice features. Some unexpected that I overlooked when ordering like the clean air, and sleep settings.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The Econ setting is good that’s all I leave it on and it will stop when it feels the air is what you set. It makes some noise but doesn’t wake me up. Nice that it has the remote control but I haven’t used that yet. It does the job well, no complaints. The cord was just too short for the outlet which was annoying but just got a heavy duty extension cord and it’s fine, I asked an electrician and he said the extension cord for AC’s is ok to use as long as you don’t plug in anything else.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Keeping me nice and cool!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is just what I needed for the hot weather right now. It's in my bedroom, and I mainly use it during the night. It's easy to adjust with the remote control, and the sleep feature is perfect. It's relatively quiet, and does not disturb my sleep at all.
