[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has really helped get me through a few surprising heat waves. I would come home very tired from working outside and would be able to cool down and sleep well, ready to do it again the next day. Room cooled down pretty quickly is what I liked best.

Good Features - but defective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to return it because the fan is making a puttering noise. It works but is noisy. Since we are having a heat wave here, I am waiting for it to break before I follow the return instructions.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought it just in time!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are having a heat wave (heat index of 104+) and this unit is keeping up and maintaining the temperature at a cool 71°. This is the second Frigidaire air conditioner (the other unit is 12000 BTU) and both are doing a great job keeping us comfortable.
