Bottom not flat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very satisfied! It's an a/c unit containing all features I needed such as a very quiet, remote control, sleep timer, and it's Economic and Energy Star. I would recommend for anyone that has the same needs. It's a pretty unit too

Please refer to page 14 in the Use and Care Guide for solutions for the room being too warm and page 5 for an explanation of operating sounds. Makes horrible sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A/C often makes loud scratching noise. I need to turn it on high in order to block it out, but I can’t figure out what it is. There’s something wrong and I can’t sleep at night because of it. Very disappointed in Frigidaire.
