Perfect size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to keep my upstairs bedroom cool in the summer. It works extremely well and the fan is not as noisy as other units. Also it was small enough to fit into an old houses windows. Easy to install and easy to take down. Comes with all the hardware needed. Overall great AC unit!

Very fine air conditioner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is another fine je product from Frigidaire. I have used there products for years and they have held up very up very good. You can't ask for a better air conditioner then this one it cools our bedroom very good even during the 90 degree days that we had. It is quiet running and you can use the sleep timer and it has energy mode you really can't ask for a better air conditioner. We highly recommend this air conditioner.

A great AC!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this AC to replace a 12 year old window unit (different brand) that died, and it's great! It was easy to assemble and install, and I really appreciated all the extra bits of insulation that came with it. It's doing an excellent job of keeping my third floor (read: really hot in summer) 220 sq. ft. room cool and comfortable. And the remote sensing feature (a temperature sensor in the remote to more accurately read room temperature) is great!

Works Well When It's Not Making A Fluttering Chattering Noise

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since day 1 it makes this fluttery chattering scratchy noise on all modes. It is not a normal noise.There are other reviews that mention a scratchy noise. After two or three weeks, the noise went away for a few days but has now returned. I was hoping to get it looked at through Frigidaire's authorized service but the COVID policy doesn't allow service calls at this time.
It's not as quiet as others have said. It cools pretty well, I guess. I am just really annoyed with the noise issue which is really disappointing.
I wish the display on the unit was larger or showed up on the remote. Really hard to see unless i get really close..

Cools well, Controls can be confusing

Plenty powerful, but have been a bit perplexed by the temperature controls. Thermometer doesn’t seem to be super accurate. Remote sensing option seems to get the best results for me.
