[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of the Accordion Side Panels was cracked and damaged, which indicates that you need better packaging. Once I viewed a YouTube Video on Installation, it was pretty straight forward. My only other criticism on this AC Unit is that it is fairly loud. I've had 3 other units from other manufacturers over some 30 years and this one is definitely the loudest.

Nice and quiet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this unit for about a month now here in NYC, where it can get pretty humid, especially as summer draws near. The unit was easy to install for two people (this model is lightweight enough for one person to carry, though I helped my husband by lowering the window while he held the unit in place). This air conditioner cools down our eastern-light, 165 sq. ft. living room very quickly, but my favorite aspect is how quiet it is! It doesn't make us raise the volume on our TV, and it's more of a white noise quietly humming in the background. I haven't used the other features (Sleep, etc) but I am looking forward to using this product this summer and can highly recommend it.

Love the remote

My first was still working after about 10 years, but I decided to get a new one before the hot weather started. My neighbors actually took my old one and are using it. I never had a single issue with my first one which is why I decided to buy another one - very dependable!

Is replacing a 12+ year old slightly less efficient energy star Frigidaire unit

I have a horizontally sliding window and the unit is built for vertical sliding windows. I wish someone would figure out how to install in horizontal sliding windows.

Great AC for small room

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this AC a month ago, for my 200 sq ft room. Keeps it nice and cool, only issue coils freeze a lot when I set temp below 67. No need to go that low, hopefully this issue doesn’t occur during the summer.
