cold at first

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] bought it a month ago.. at first it was freezing and then it just went down.. never turned it off. stayed on the whole yime.. barely cold. cleaned out the vents and the same...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Brrrrrr.. it's cold!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered this during the July 4th Heat wave that held Vermont in the 90s for 4 days. I love having a remote. Interesting and well functioning helical vanes to direct the air flow wherever you want it - left & right can be different. GOod control choices. ONly criticism is it often cycled on for 4 ( yes I counted them) seconds at night which did not give the unit a chance to actually cool the air. This is disturbing when you are trying to sleep.
