Not What I was Hoping For

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does its job of cooling room but makes a lot of unusual noises one wouldn't normally attribute to an air conditioner.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has some good features and blows cold air so far but I find it noisy now that I've run it for a couple of weeks. The fan rattles now and is a little aggravating.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I recommend checking your model’s installation guidelines to ensure your air conditioner unit is installed correctly. Typically, an incorrect install or poor wall/window construction may cause your unit to make loud sounds.

Excellent multi featured air conditioner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Needed an air conditioner that cleaned and cooled the air and this fit perfectly in my bedroom and the air smells so fresh and the room is super cool. I love the remote features so I can change settings from across the room at my desk while working and don't have to get up. Filter is easy to clean and the air conditioner runs quietly couldn't be more pleased.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Weird smell

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since the first day it was install, the A/C unit has a weird smell coming out of it. I though it was going to disappear after some time, however, I still smell it from time to time and it comes and goes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Window A/C

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good A/C so far. Have used it during the recent heat wave in Cali. It didnt get the whole area. I shouldve bought the bigger BTU one but this one along with some blackout curtains is working fine for my purposes. The Energy saving setting is really good. It does run loud though and sometimes sounds like its not working but just running. However it is still going.
I would recommend this to a friend!
